There is a huge selection of gift items available on our website from many different well-known brands in Bangladesh, US and UK. After you place the order, we collect the items from respective brands, and make sure of the timely delivery to your loved one’s doorstep.
We deliver gifts to all districts in Bangladesh. We have certain conditions on the timeline to maintain on-time delivery. Most orders unless they are same-day delivery must be placed 48+ hours prior to the delivery time for Dhaka, Chittagong, and Sylhet deliveries. Orders for other cities must be placed at least 4 business days before the delivery time. For special, custom orders, we need at least 7 business days to set everything up. For US and UK orders we take at least 4 business days to deliver.
We've set up our payment options so that our clients can safely pay for their gifts in Bangladesh, regardless of their currency, location, or whether a payment facility is available or not.
During the checkout process, you need to choose a payment method from the following list of options –

All Visa, Master Card, Discover, Diners Club, and AMEX payments are processed via a third party gateway.

All payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway, your personal information or payment data (credit card number, pin number, etc.) that you use to place the order remains secure and is not saved on this website or on the server.

After each successful delivery, we send an email with photos and other information to ensure that the gift delivery process was completed properly.
You will have the option to include a message while placing your order that will be included on the card or the cake depending on your preferences.
We provide an urgent or same-day gift delivery service which we complete within 24 hours of the order being placed. This service does not, however, apply to customized gift packages, for which we usually require 7 business days to set everything up.

All our end delivery operations are personally carried out and fully human-touched. Our delivery riders in Bangladesh are thoroughly trained in appropriate behavior and empathy, and they are made aware of their role in delivering true happiness. For US, UK and world-wide deliveries we rely on our vendors and/or third-party logistics service providers to make the last mile delivery.

You can receive personalized on-demand services by getting in touch with us at any moment and telling us what you want to buy that doesn't appear on our website. If the desired item is not listed on our website, we will attempt to collect it while taking all your requirements into consideration.
It is the customer's duty to provide the accurate recipient's address and contact information. However, we take it very seriously and will not deliver without a valid phone number of the recipient as it is the only means of communication for address confirmation.
