The cake of the season has arrived, and it has to be Patisserie Valerie's Pumpkin Spiced Latte Cake.  This delicious cake is quintessentially autumnal, and the perfect cake for Autumn celebrations, or the Pumpkin Spice-lover in your life.

Layers of our finest sponge cake, filled with Pumpkin Spiced Latte cream cheese filling, and coated with our classic Swiss meringue buttercream.  Hand-finished with orange and red Swiss meringue buttercream swirls, white chocolate Autumn leaves and autumnal sugar sprinkles.

Important Points -

• To ensure it tastes as fresh as possible for your celebration. The Swiss meringue buttercream tastes best at room temperature, so it is recommended taking your cake out of the fridge thirty minutes before serving. Defrosting ambient will take 4-5 hours, refrigerated temperatures will take 8-10 hours. Please consume this cake within 3 days of defrosting. This cake can be stored and defrosted in ambient or refrigerated conditions.
