Terms & Conditions for Giftgrabr LLC

You (customer) accepts following Terms and Condition of Giftgrabr LLC when place an order and complete payment to receive gift delivery service :

1. Products & prices shown on the website are regularly updated by Giftgrabr LLC.

2. Giftgrabr LLC does not take any responsibility for change or exchange after the recipient has signed & received the gift.

3. Giftgrabr LLC does not deliver without a valid phone number of the recipient.

4. Giftgrabr LLC does not issue cash refunds for perishable or consumable items. We do not offer exchange policies.

5. Customer or recipient must notify us of any issue with any item or delivery service within 2 hours after delivery to qualify for any refund policy.

6. Refund will be sent to the credit card or the bank account that you have paid from. The refund amount will not be given/delivered to the recipient.

7. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address and contact details of the recipient. Giftgrabr LLC is not responsible for delay in delivery due to wrong information in the order.

8. You (customer) are placing an order after choosing it as your preferred gift to be delivered to the recipient. Giftgrabr LLC is not responsible for the recipient's choice. Delivered item will not be subject to a refund if conflicts with the recipient's choice.

9. A gift delivery will not be subject to a refund if the recipient refuses to accept the gift.

10. You have the option at checkout to select a time window in a day to select your delivery time. Giftgrabr LLC holds the right to alter delivery time depending on the current situation, such as flood, traffic etc. Your order will not be subject to refund if it is delivered within your selected delivery date. Your order can be subject to refund if we fail or are unable to deliver on the delivery date that you have selected during the order.

11. Products such as flower bouquets, and cake design can vary from the advertised design on our site due to different seasons in Bangladesh, US, UK and different or new chefs in a bakery etc. circumstances. Such products will not be subject to refund if they are almost similar to the advertised product.

12. You will receive a full refund if we refuse/cancel an order that you have paid for.

13. You will receive a full refund if we are unable to deliver your order on your selected date.

14. Customer (who placed the order) must notify us of any issue with any item or delivery service within 2 hours after delivery to qualify for any refund policy.

15. You agree with our merchant gateway when completing payment using our merchant payment gateway.

16. Our merchant gateway is an independent company. We do not hold any responsibility for any changes in their policy.

17. You agree with PayPal when completing payment using the PayPal payment gateway.

18. PayPal is an independent company. We do not hold any responsibility for any changes in their policy.

19. Giftgrabr LLC does not store any payment data (credit card number, pin number, etc.) on this site or on the server. All payments are processed by a 3rd party payment gateway.

20. Giftgrabr LLC is a gift ecommerce platform service provider and we do not produce any of the products that we supply. Any health issue caused by any product is not our responsibility. We will disclose the full details of the supplier or producer to our customers or the recipient if it is requested to log a dispute with the appropriate authority.

21. Giftgrabr LLC will try to make last mile delivery by its own logistics people in Bangladesh when possible. If it is not possible, we will use our vendors and/or third-party logistics for last mile delivery. We will only use our vendors and/or third-party logistics for last mile delivery in the US and UK.

22. Terms and Conditions and Giftgrabr LLC policy are subject to change without prior notice.
